RETURNS / CANCELLATION POLICY

All items may be returned for a refund within 30 days from receipt of merchandise with an approved return. Products can’t be returned after more than 30 days from the delivery date unless they are products carrying a 1-year warranty (Eg: Wax warmers)

We will answer your return request usually within 24 hours with further instructions and a return label.

The items must be returned in the original, unopened, unused package condition. Please note our Return Policy below for product-specific guidelines and restrictions:

-Returns: Return shipping cost is supported by the customer unless the item is defective, or it is our company error. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the order refund unless the customer will request a replacement. In this case, the return label will be free.

- Original shipping cannot be reimbursed. Original shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, refused, or returned packages, unless our company made an error. For the 'free shipping' package, the shipping cost will be assessed and deducted from the final reimbursement. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product will not be refunded unless is our company error. Non-refundable shipping applies to both domestic & international shipping.

- Refunds: Allow 3-5 working days for your refund to post to your account. Some refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement. We will issue a refund back to the same payment method used on the original order. Shipping and gift service fees are fully reimbursed if an error was due to a Company error or product defect.

- Canceled Orders: Eligible for a full refund, if canceled before shipping. The customers can request cancellation from Your account > Returns manager. If the cancellation was successful, we will send you a confirmation email. If we were not able to stop the order you can refuse the package or request a return 30 days after you received the order.

- Redelivery Fee: If reshipment is requested by the Customer due to Returned to Sender or refusal of shipment, you will be responsible for shipping unless due to Company or Carrier error.

- International Return to Sender: A 15% restocking fee and any additional shipping will be assessed accordingly. All international shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, refused or returned packages, unless Company made an error. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product will not be refunded unless Company error.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example missing items in your order) should be submitted within 48 hours of merchandise receipt. Contact Customer Care by email or call: (760) 636-6923, Monday-Friday 10 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time. Please note that refunds are made based on pictures of the damaged item/items.
