1. How much the shipping cost?
We have free shipping for all our orders.

2. How fast you ship the products?
We ship the products in 1 business day with Priority 2 day mail.

3. Do you have a minimum order?
There is a minimum order required for distributors but there is no minimum order for Salons.

4. Can I return a product?
Yes you can return any product in the original, unopened, unused package condition, 30 days from the purchase date. Return shipping cost is supported by customer unless the item is defective or it is our company error. For "free shipping" package, shipping cost will be assessed and deducted from final reimbursement.

5. Can I exchange a product?
Yes, you can exchange any product 30 days from the purchase date.

6. Where I can find MSDS sheets for your products ?
You can find MSDS sheets and download them on every product page in the down part of the page.

7. Do you have a store where I can pick up your products in my area?
Please contact us and we will let you know the nearest store.

8. Where can I see how your products are used?
Please go on our Education page and you will find there important info and resources about waxing.

9. Do you offer term payments?
Yes we do after establishing credit.
