This two-step action natural gel is formulated with menthol and arnica. Menthol work as a fast-acting cool therapy, while arnica penetrates the skin to achieve long-lasting results.
Uses: for temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with simple aches, back aches, arthritis, strains, and bruises, after waxing irritation.
Can be used as a pre-waxing cleanser with a mild anesthetic action. For pain, the gel is to be used 5 minutes before waxing for light numbing of the skin and after waxing, not immediately but after 1-2 hours, for pain or burn symptoms control. Do not use it if the pain has open wounds or the skin is damaged.
Directions: Adults and children over 12 years apply generous amounts directly to the affected area. Massage into painful area until thoroughly absorbed into the skin. Repeat as necessary, but no more than four times daily.
Keep out of reach of children. If the product is swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
Warnings: For external use only.
Do not use: On wounds or damaged skin, or irritated skin, with a heating pad.
When using this product, Use only as directed. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not bandage tightly.
Stop use and ask a doctor if redness is present, irritation develops, the condition worsens, or symptoms persist for more than seven days; symptoms clear up and occur again within a few days.

Is this best to use before or after waxing?
It is recommended to be used after waxing. IMenthol nstantly cools and calms the skin and arnica penetrates deep is active few hours and successfully mitigates potential burns or disconfort from waxing.
I purchased the pain relief gel. I try everything before offering to clients. Is it supposed to feel like you’re on fire? I removed it by 5 minutes cause I was concerned. No redness or itchy just hot/burning feel.
This is normal and it is from menthol. Menthol has been used as a natural non-opioid pain reliever since ancient times and it acts as a counter-irritant by imparting a cooling effect, some people may feel it like burning but it is in fact cooling. Menthol effect is only for a short time, up to 30 min, after that the arnica in the gel will take over with the longer lasting mitigation of the pain. This action is not causing any irritation to the skin, but has an anti-irritation action, it is unlikely to cause any reaction.
