Is this leaving a shiny or a dry finnish? It remomes the wax and the stickiness from the skin well?

It removes very well wax residues and stickiness and it is like a dry oil, it leaves the skin silky but not shiny. IT is also available in 8 oz and in individually packed after waxing wipes.
