My product was damaged upon receipt and the company has not acknowledged any of the email attempts to resolve my issue. I did try the blue gel hard wax and the purple jasmine wax which were both fantastic. However, I will not be ordering from this company again because poor customer service is not acceptable regardless of how the great the product is and is a deal breaker for me.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Forgot to package my wax warmer, no issue. Called to inform them, representative hung up on me and was not helpful. Called again today, still rude and not helpful, manager won’t answer the phone and still expecting me to wait another week for my wax warmer when I have clients on the schedule. I will NEVER order from here again, not to mention the bags of wax I ordered came melted together in a big clump which makes it impossible to use.
