Is there a difference between the green and pink wipes or is it just the packaging?

There is no formula difference between the 2 colors. The green one is a professional size to be used mainly for the back bar by estheticians and the pink ones are mostly retail items to be sold to customers. The customer can use them before service to refresh.

Does using this wipe prior to waxing help the wax adhere to the hair?

The purpose of these wipes is to remove dirt and oil from the skin (cleanse the skin) and sanitize it prior to cosmetic services such as waxing. Waxing without cleansing the skin may result in bumps, redness, and small infections on the skin.
