How is it possible that the Italian velvet pre/post oil works on your hard wax hair removal when applied as a pre wax? I’m baffled ????. If this is the case, can I use this oil as a pre wax on your hard wax white chocolate?
Please advise. Thanks Doris.

Hello, there are conditions to using the Italian Velvet pre-post oil. First, it can be used only with synthetic resin. It can not be used with natural resin wax beads such as Azulene, Natural or White Tea because it will affect the structure of the wax and consequently the performance. Second, this is not a regular oil it does not create a slippery film on the top of the surface applied, it actually removes excess oil and dirt from the skin before waxing. For example, using a post-waxing oil such as Argan which creates a film, will seriously affect the performance of the waxing with synthetic and natural resin.
Italian Velvet oil is not creating a film, so the synthetic wax can successfully grip the hair. Using it pre-waxing will remove extra oil and impurities and it will also protect the skin during waxing (the wax will not stick on the skin at all) assuring the most comfortable waxing experience.
