Is the interior tub of this warmer made of steel?
No, the interior tub is made of aluminum. If you do not want to use the wax directly on aluminium we recommend you a 5 lb thermal silicon pot
Is the interior/pot also made of steel, and is it removable? Do you guys sell any hair removal wax warmers with 100% ceramic?
The main frame is made of steel and the wax tub cannot be removed. It is not feasible to implement ceramic coils for large heaters due to their high power consumption. We do have them on small heaters for cartridges.
I purchased a 5.5 pound wax pot white. The basket that it comes with has holes like a strainer? Why? I was looking at the instructions but it doesn’t say anything. So I don’t know why the basket has holes.
The basket is just a strainer if you drop small items like tweezers in the pot they can be easily removed. However, please note we will discontinue he srainer as it is not popular.
