Very good and not expensive
This is the most affordable 5 lb warmer I found, It looks nice, the surfaces feel like quality ones. SO far so good.

Wax Pot
Ive had this heater for about 2 weeks now and love it! so far im impressed and cant beat the price for how great quality it is.

How does your 1 year warranty work? Do we need to keep the box or anything like that?

Yes, in the event that it is malfunctioning within the warranty period, you will need to be able to send the unit for repair. We also offer post-warranty service for most of our products. With that in mind, we hope you will never need that service.
