they have such great quality products and prices. they are pretty good with shipping, when their are sales it does slow down. I've also made plenty of orders so i am a little sad their isn't a loyalty program. besides that everything g is amazing and i love bringing Waxness into my salon

I had an issue regarding my order's shipment with UPS. I contacted customer service. Picked up my call at second ring and they solved the issue within an hour. I am so pleased with how responsive they are. 10/10 recommend this website

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Forgot to package my wax warmer, no issue. Called to inform them, representative hung up on me and was not helpful. Called again today, still rude and not helpful, manager won’t answer the phone and still expecting me to wait another week for my wax warmer when I have clients on the schedule. I will NEVER order from here again, not to mention the bags of wax I ordered came melted together in a big clump which makes it impossible to use.
