Nice warmer but got the wrong one

I ordered this wax pot and was so excited but was really disappointed when I opened the box and got the wrong warmer. I ordered electric pink and got pink. Doesn’t seem like a big deal except when it ruins your whole esthetic of your business. I had no choice but to use this warmer as I had clients and customer service only offered one solution for their mistake and I will say overall the wax pot is great. Heated up quickly and melted the wax in about 25 minutes. I just wish I had gotten what I ordered and that there was a better solution than mailing this one back and waiting for them to receive it before sending me out the correct one. Seems like since it was their mistake they would try to help fix it a little better.
