what is the white tray at the bottom?

This is making stirring the wax easier, the wax mixes better with a big spatula, circular movements. It also prevents the satula from touching the screw below while mixing.

What is the white plastic piece inside of this warmer ?

It serves as a strain, it can be pulled out with a hook. Also, it keeps possible residues on the bottom. It is an optional accessory.
