1. What is the diameter of the 14 oz hard wax tins that fit in the above warmer?
2. What is the outer diameter of the detachable inner pot liner that fits in the well of the warmer.
3. Are there any silicone liners or collars which you sell for this warmer.
1. The maximum diameter for wax tins supported by this warmer is 4”. We recommend tins between 3” ¾ to 4”, the size of Waxness tins, which corresponds to US Standard as well as European standard size.
2. Inner Pot liner diameter is 4” the part that goes into the warmer and 4” ¾ the upper margin that remains outside.
3. We currently do not have them in stock. They are ordered and on the way, we will receive them in about 10 to 14 days. The price per silicon liner will be approximately $8 and we will have the colors black, white, and pink. The new silicon inserts will be of a new design and will cover all the square upper part of the warmer, which will assure protection against wax spills on the warmer. The Silicon insert can be easily cleaned leaving the wax to cool and removing it,
